What is the procedure for establishing a business in Creative City Fujairah Free Zone?
After reviewing the documents and approving the Company name, Creative City management will send the initial approval via email, along with the invoice for payment.
Before establishing a company, some nationalities must apply for a licence preapproval.
Once the License is issued, the company must register for Corporate Tax with the Federal Tax Authority (FTA) and establish an E-Invoicing-ready accounting system.
The documents listed below will be provided.
- Company Trade Permit
- Incorporation Certificate
- Certificate of Shares
- Articles of Incorporation / Memorandum of Association
- Lease Agreement for an Office (as actual or flexi-desk, as chosen by client)
- Most FCC MOAs can now be signed remotely via E-signature or UAE Pass, eliminating the need for physical presence during incorporation.
If a licence package with visas is chosen, the establishment card will be issued by Fujairah Immigration. The process will take between 7 and 10 working days after the card registration fee is received. A copy will be provided for our records, while the original will be kept.
